Regional Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Handling sales for UDTECHS network products.
- Business Planning, forecast & implementing strategies of different category of products specific to industry vertical.
- Responsible to Implement & manage direct, indirect sales, marketing activities
- Reaching out to end customers for generating end customer sales opportunities, demonstrating product to prospective clients, driving end customer demand generation programs within territory & closing sales leads generated by the afore mentioned activities.
- Reaching out to end customers for generating end customer sales opportunities, demonstrating product to prospective clients, driving end customer demand generation programs within territory & closing sales leads generated by the afore mentioned activities.
- Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region.
- Continuously work on identifying new opportunities.
- Initiate marketing programs/ activities from time to time in the assigned region and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to combat competition.
- Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Person Requirements:-
- Training/ educational/ IT industry experience is a must
- Understanding of the regional culture and market is a must.
- Developing customer relationships.
- Understanding technologies
- Behavioral: Analytical Skills, People Management, Influencing Skills and Team Handling Experience
- Work Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Education
- UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
- PG:Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
- Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
